On 2 May 2024, members of the Erasmus+KA2 RE-GRAD Project Management Team met online to review the recent results and set the future directions of the project. The meeting started with the presentation and discussion of the results of the questionnaire conducted by the Work Package 1 leader, Elena Mandaji from USC. The views and perspectives of the management team on these results were shared and discussed in detail.
The project coordinator, Nina Puțuntean (UTM), presented the plans for the study visit scheduled to take place in Strasbourg, France, from 1 to 6 July 2024. D
etails of the number of participants were agreed and Sophie Bollinger, representing UNISTRA, presented the detailed agenda of activities planned for this event. According to the agenda, the discussion also focused on equipment procurement, based on information provided by all partners involved. The need to obtain the agreement of the EACEA coordinator of the project, Rosalba NARDELLI, in order to start the procurement as soon as possible was underlined.
The meeting also addressed issues related to deadlines and deliverables that have already been uploaded to the platform as well as those to be shipped. The possibility of extending the deadline for certain deliverables was discussed, as well as travel documents from KOM that have not yet been provided.
At the end of the meeting, Marika DAngelo (CESIE) distributed the draft document “Training package on integrating the Green Pact and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into the policies and curricula of EU higher education institutions”.
It was designed to describe the initial stages of the process, how the implementation was carried out, and how to integrate these practices at institutional, local, regional and national levels and to provide effective recommendations for the implementation of these documents at higher institution level.
