• To organise the Project Kick off meeting in Chisinau
• To approve project coordination and management methodology
• To establish Project Governing Board (PGB) and Executive Management Team (EMT)
• To develop the template for fact-funding analysis
• To elaborate Fact-finding reports on current situation of the policy, practices and issues for academic programmes design and teaching/learning approaches in 2 countries with a focus on development of green skills and digitalization
